Saw this at Dollar Tree and had to compare it with the Neutrogena brand. Same ingredients (DT version may have two more ingredients) but overall I say this is a HIT! Goes on smoothly and doesn’t leave my skin greasy or flaky. I think it’s a great dupe for the girlies on a budget. Xtra Care: $1.
