Tips to hit your protein goals ✨

We all know how important it is to hit your protein goals, and we also know how hard it is some days!!

I’m 4 years into my fitness journey and some days I hit my protein goal, some days I miss it by 30+ grams 🤧😂.

But I’m working on being more consistent and these are some of my favorite ways to add protein into my day. Let me know if this was helpful and what other content you’d like to see 🥰🥰
