Tips for some solid BSS 👏🏼

Bulgarian split squats are one of my favvvv exercises to target quads & glutes. It's definitely more of an advanced movement so start with static lunges until you feel more confident! ⭐️ Use lifting straps to help with your grip strength & ensure your grip isn't a limiting factor
