Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.

30 g unsalted butter
18g powdered sugar

① Mix ◎ in order from the top
② Divide the dough in half and add the ingredients of [plain dough] on one side and [matcha dough] on the other
③ Make a rectangle with a thickness of 1.5 cm and a width of 3 cm, and cut it in half lengthwise.
④ Attach it so that it becomes a checkerboard pattern
⑤ Wrap in plastic wrap and chill in the freezer for 30 minutes
⑥ Cut into 10-11 pieces
⑦ Bake at 160 degrees for 13 to 15 minutes until lightly browned
