Tavuk Šökertme 🇹🇷 Another one of our favorite Turkish dishes with the butler. Eat outside until it's addictive. Do it yourself at home. Very often. Very delicious. I like it. The marinated chicken meat tastes delicious. Eat with yogurt and fries. The perfect difference. Cut out the greasy taste. It goes well to heart.
Today, I will share the recipe for anyone who wants to try to follow. Actually, I made a video version of the recipe as well, but I haven't posted it yet. The amount of the cook will be a recipe for eating two people. The amount is actually not measured exactly according to the habit. This dish is eaten outside 300-400 Turkish lira. It may be more expensive as well if it is a famous luxury shop.
Raw materials and ingredients 🥔🍗
1. Large piece of chicken breast. Only use chicken breast.
2. Finished finely ground tomatoes 1 tablespoon with the other half
3 or 4 potatoes. If a very big ball, use 3.
4. 6-8 tablespoons natural flavored yogurt
5. Salt. Half a teaspoon.
6. Black pepper, half a teaspoon
7. Bell peppers or young peppers. 2 pills of spicy peppers as you like.
8. 1 tomato

1. Peel and scrape the potatoes into strands. If you do not scrape the alley thin, soak it in brine, the flour will leave and not black.
2. Slice the chicken breast into strands, not thin, eating exactly. Bring the chicken to marinate with salt, black pepper, finely ground tomatoes. Mix the meat together and leave for 30-1 hours. If very hungry, marinate for 30 minutes.
3. While waiting for fermented chicken, take the grated potatoes and wash the water 1-3 times thoroughly. Remove the water and prepare to fry it in oil. The best hot air dryer is recommended, just spray a little oil. Use a fryer to add the potatoes to get a ripe frame, spread over the fire 200 degrees, fry for 15-20 minutes. Don't forget to flip it over, unroll it because the potato lines will stick together. Note that the crispness of the ripe color is fine.
4. Tomatoes and bell peppers. Tomatoes are not fixed. Anyone who likes to eat both will cut in half to grill or fry a little salt oil, and bell peppers can be fried or grilled. Both are side dishes to eat with this menu. You can not wear them.
5. Bring the fermented chicken to fry in oil. Fry until cooked, prepare to continue the dish.
6. Set the dishes together. Bring the fried potatoes to the dish first. Then bring the ground yogurt to a smooth texture and pour it on the potato per dish. 3-4 tablespoons. Bring fried chicken on top. Finish with tomatoes and fried bell peppers or grilled to the side. Finish ready to serve.
The recipe is not very fixed. If you want to add a spicy flavor to the fermented chicken meat, add more black pepper and can add more Turkish spicy cayenne pepper. Seasoning the chicken is added, such as good chicken flavor, chicken flavor powder. Some recipes are sometimes fermented with about 1 tablespoon of yogurt, or according to the amount of chicken. Some recipes have half a teaspoon of turmeric powder. Basically, the cook will share the recipes he made more often than the recipes he used to search.
