I've found that video recording your practice sessions and reviewing posture frame-by-frame provides valuable feedback. Additionally, soft tissue work, such as stretching the hip flexors and strengthening the back muscles, supports better posture and reduces fatigue. These physical adjustments allow for a smoother, more controlled screwball delivery. By standing taller and maintaining body awareness, you can add deception and movement to your screwball, making it more effective against batters. Keep in mind that consistency comes with repetition and mindful practice, so integrate these tips gradually into your routine to see the best results.
