Need a gain shake for muscle growth and overall thick girl vibes! This is my favorite shake.

I use oatmilk but use whatever milk you like. You can choose between granola or walnuts. I use granola most of the time and sometimes mix both. Bananas are a must because they are 105 calories alone. Here’s a secret and do what you will with it. Adding a tablespoon of an oil like avocado boost the calories amount and helps reach those goals.

I’ve reached my goals with this shake and I’m on a cut currently.
