Return To Yourself....

I find peace here .... with Self. In the presence of myself and all the creative expression I can muster I find the emotional space to express or just sit in thought snd "be". Creating art allows stress, hurt, betrayal and chaos a pathway out of my mind so that it can not take root in my heart.

I encourage you to return to yourself. Find a creative expression that offers freedom to purge the unnecessary weight of life so that you can be yourSELF freely.
