Let me be honest —

finding out you were lied to, betrayed, and watched from the shadows will bring out a level of anger you didn’t know you had.

And yes, I felt rage.

The kind that makes your hands shake.

The kind that comes from humiliation, disrespect, and years of deception.

That doesn’t make me bitter.

That makes me human.

What’s crazy to me is how bold people can be in secrecy —

sleeping with someone else’s partner,

begging them to leave their family,

watching your life on social media for years —

but the moment the truth comes to light…

they hide.

No voice.

No accountability.

Just fear and silence.

And somehow I’m the villain for being angry?

Let’s be clear:

I’m not proud of every reaction I had, but I do take accountability for my emotions. I won’t pretend betrayal doesn’t hurt or that anger doesn’t show up when your reality shatters.

Growth isn’t about pretending you didn’t feel it.

Growth is choosing not to let temporary rage cost you your future.

So no — I’m not bitter.

I’m aware.

I’m healing.

And I’m choosing peace even when I didn’t get honesty.
