My dad here visiting on the tail end of my daughter’s spring break. I download this app and decided to do a 5 day challenge to make sure I stay on track.

• 64+oz of water ✅
• track weight (first and last day only) ✅
Today we went to the arcade and there is no “workout” for that but I got plenty of steps that’s for sure
