I did the warmup, main workout day 4-6… sorta…
I did all of day 4. I did not do the finisher for day 5 but did the main workout. Day 6 I only did the kettlebell squats because by the time I got to it I was nauseous and ready to fall over.
I listened to my body and did all the workouts I was able to.
Listen to your body when you wanna to “overdue it”.
Drink lots of water 💧
Leave a 🤪 if you like to “overdue it” when you fall behind.
Adhering to a structured workout plan like a 90-day challenge can be demanding, and it is vital to understand the body's limits to prevent overexertion and injury. The recent workout routine included Back & Triceps exercises on Day 4, targeting key muscle groups with moves like Single Arm Dumbbell Rows, Overhead Shoulder Press, Shrugs, and Tricep extensions and kickbacks. This combination supports upper body strength and endurance. Day 5 focused on Glutes & Core Burn with exercises such as Glute Bridges, Side-Lying Leg Lifts, and Donkey Kicks, which enhance lower body strength and core stability—essential for overall fitness and injury prevention. Skipping the finisher on Day 5, as noted, is a practical decision when the body signals fatigue or stress. Day 6 incorporated conditioning exercises, including kettlebell squats, which are highly effective for building leg strength and improving cardiovascular fitness. However, the experience of nausea highlights the importance of pacing oneself, adequate nutrition, and hydration before and after workouts. Experts recommend staying hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout your fitness routine, as dehydration can contribute to dizziness and nausea. Additionally, listening to your body’s signals, such as fatigue or discomfort, is crucial for sustainable fitness progress and avoiding burnout. Incorporating rest days or active recovery can further aid muscle repair and performance enhancement. Engaging with accountability communities or sharing progress on platforms tagged with #workoutplan #routine #90daychallenge #accountability #lemon8fitness helps maintain motivation and inspires others. Ultimately, adapting workout intensity based on daily condition and prioritizing self-care are key to long-term fitness success rather than rigidly following a plan regardless of physical feedback.
