糖尿病脚烂了可能保不住。
Living with diabetes means being vigilant about foot care to avoid serious complications. Even a minor cut or blister on a diabetic foot can go unnoticed due to nerve damage, also known as diabetic neuropathy. This dulls sensation and increases risk, making it essential to inspect your feet every day for any signs of injury or infection. Poor blood circulation caused by diabetes slows wound healing, which can quickly turn small sores into serious ulcers or infections requiring hospitalization or amputation. Wearing comfortable, well-fitting shoes and never walking barefoot helps protect feet from injury. Controlling blood sugar levels is the most effective way to prevent damage to blood vessels and nerves, reducing the risk of ulcers and their progression. If you notice any redness, swelling, or pain, seek medical advice promptly to address issues before they worsen. From personal experience, combining careful daily foot inspection with good glycemic control and protective footwear has been my best defense. Diabetic foot ulcers might seem minor initially, but they can have severe consequences. Taking proactive steps can really save your feet and ultimately your quality of life.
