The price point also felt steep considering the quality. When selecting matcha, I’ve learned to look for vibrant green color, a smooth, slightly sweet taste, and minimal bitterness. Unfortunately, Ralph's matcha lacked these qualities, which made me rate it just 3/10. If you enjoy raspberry notes in your drinks, there might be better alternatives with natural flavoring that don’t compromise the matcha’s authenticity. For those curious about trying matcha-based drinks or teas, I recommend exploring local tea shops or trusted brands known for quality ingredients.
