LINE VOOMで「ハッシュタグ検索しかできない」「投稿やユーザーを探せない感じになる」ことがあって、私も最初は設定を触り間違えたのかと思いました。結論、VOOM側の表示仕様・一時的な不具合・アプリ環境が原因のことが多いので、順番に切り分けるのが早いです。 まず確認したいのは“検索している場所”です。LINEの検索（ホーム上部の検索窓）と、VOOMタブ内の検索は挙動が違うことがあります。VOOMタブ内で検索していてハッシュタグ候補しか出ない時は、いったんLINEホームの検索窓から「アカウント名」「オープンチャット名」などで検索してみると見つかることもありました。 次に多いのがアプリの状態。私はこれで改善しました。 ・LINEアプリを最新版に更新（App StoreでLINEを開いて更新） ・iPhoneなら一度LINEを完全終了→再起動 ・通信を切り替え（Wi‑Fi⇄モバイル） ・ストレージ逼迫時は動作が変になるので空きを作る キャッシュや一時データの影響もありました。LINEの「設定（歯車）」から、トラブルシューティング系の項目（ヘルプ/不具合報告周辺）を確認しつつ、不要なデータが溜まりすぎていないか見直すのがおすすめです。動画中心のVOOMは特に重くなりやすい印象でした。 それでも直らない時は“制限・仕様”の可能性も考えました。VOOMの検索結果は、状況によってはハッシュタグが優先表示されたり、特定の検索が出にくいことがあります。年齢確認が未完了だったり、表示設定が影響するケースもあるので、LINEの設定内で関連項目（アカウント/プライバシー周り）を一通り確認しておくと安心です。 最後に、短時間で急におかしくなった場合はVOOM側の一時不具合のこともあります。私の時は、数時間置いたら自然に戻ったこともありました。急ぎなら「LINEの再インストール」は効果が出やすいですが、トーク履歴やバックアップの扱いが絡むので、実行前にバックアップ状況だけは必ず確認してください。 もしよければ、①iPhone/Android、②LINEのバージョン、③VOOMタブ内検索か/ホーム検索か、④いつから起きてるか、をメモしておくと原因を絞りやすいです。
