Translating the 8th chapter, he defeated the delusional Brahma.

The chapter that discusses winning the wrong opinion of Brahma is the chapter that begins:

"Every Kahitthapuchkena, the Sutthatang, the Pramang, the Saint Shuti, the Jubilee, the Nyakken, the Vithina, the Chitwa, the Muninto, the Tanteshsa, the Bhutu, the Te Shumangalani."

Has the detailed meaning that

"Prom, who is called Prom, who is prosperous with great glory and power, is taken by the serpent, which is guilty. By the sharpness of the Spirit the Lord has overcome him. Let all the triumphs be upon him by the sword of victory."

The back story of this spell appears in the sutra called Prahma Sutra, which is a profound event, because it is not winning by strength, not winning by power, but winning by wisdom over the most elaborate delusions.

In that time there was a prom named Prom, who lived in the high world, with a long life beyond man's imagination. He was born in a world of happiness, peace, without old age, without pain, without change, as clearly as the human world. When he lived in that state for a long time, the memory of the former world faded.

"This is true, this is unchanging, this is the most of all things, there is no higher world, no better world."

For a long time, he became convinced that he was the greatest, the creator of the world, the father of all animals, the ruler of all things.

Such an opinion, Buddhism is called a diehard, or a misunderstanding, but it is a very detailed diehard, because it is caused by high merit, high concentration, longevity, to understand that longevity is true.

The Buddha knew by his spirit that the Prom was caught in a deep wandering, and went to the Prom world.

And when he came to Brahma, all the host were amazed, because no one had ever come to Brahma, and he said to him with confidence, "You have come here. Stay here. This is a true world, not born, not old, not dead. There is nothing higher." If it were a common man to hear such a great authority, it would be immediately amenable, for it is glorious, powerful, and innumerable.

But the Buddha said calmly, "Brahma, you do not know the truth, you understand what is idle as noon, you understand what is still in the power of reason as freedom."

This saying is like sunlight shining into a dark cave for a long time.

Prom does not accept and therefore argues with confidence.

The Buddha showed that even this world arises because of factors, and when the factors cease, there is no real world in samsara.

What is true is Nirvana, which is above all the earth.

But carrying prom is still stubborn

When the words still could not loosen their grip, the Buddha showed a deep spirit, knowing all the thoughts of the Brahma, knowing even what the Brahma thought in his heart.

The more Brahma tried to show power, the Buddha showed that those powers were still subject to the law of karma and all factors.

The wrong opinion of the prom is like a great serpent that holds its owner in his neck, the more tightly the struggle is, and the spirit of the Buddha is like a sharp creation that completely destroys the binder.

The interesting thing about this is that Prom is not a wicked man, not a demon, not a devil, but a man of great merit; but delusions can arise in those who are exalted, if they do not see the truth.

So this spell teaches that true knowledge is more important than power, that opinion is more important than noble position, and that only wisdom can destroy transcendence.

In a myth that has been spread among sutra scholars, some colorfully explain this atmosphere of wisdom: When Brahma did not accept the truth, he tried to show his powers to prove his greatness, even though it was metaphorically said that Brahma and Buddha took turns showing power over the world, Brahma tried to hide him so that he could not be found, and the Buddha knew everything that was by the spirit, and then reacted every time until he finally realized that even his power could not hide the truth from the spirit, so that his pride gradually fell like the morning mist in the sun, and Brahma, who believed that he was the greatest of all things, Surrender to the wisdom of the Buddha, bow down and accept the truth that he knows more than all animals and angels, and that his long-held misunderstanding is only a shadow of transcendence destroyed by the light of the infinite spirit.

And when he held himself to the importance of being great and the most precious in the world, the Lord did not rebuke him with harsh words, but pointed him back to himself.

He said by implication of righteousness,

"Prom, you look outside, and you see that the world is yours, and that you are great, but you have never looked at the one who is great. If you look at yourself, you will see that you, on account of factors, are not true as you understand it."

And when he listened, he said,

"When you see yourself in truth, you will not see only Brahma, if you see righteousness; and when you see righteousness, you will see death; for whoever sees righteousness sees death."

At that moment, the prom that sent the mind out to rule the world began to explore itself for the first time.

Deeply, it is seen that prom is by birth, primary birth, ultimate order, even a bright halo cannot reach the highest truth.

What overshadows is not outer darkness, but inner transcendence; when transcendence loosens, pride loosens; when pride loosens, truth appears.

And Prom saw that the Buddha did not overcome himself with power, did not overcome himself with power, but won by making the delusional see the truth for himself. At that moment, Prom saw the Buddha, not only the body that stood before, but the Buddhist enlightenment that was true, and saw the light of wisdom that was unsupported by the world, and put down the wrong opinion.

This is reminiscent of the puzzle that Luang Du Brahma Panño always reminds his disciples that "Buddha over Brahma" is often heard by many people, often thinking of the great Buddha, or of the power over angels and Brahma.

But in a more profound sense, Brahma is still in the world, still in the ego.

Still in their importance

But the Buddha is out of the world, out of the ego, completely out of self-importance, so Brahma still has something to see, and the Buddha is the one who sees.

Prom still has things to do.

And the Buddha already

Prom still has something to know.

And the Buddha already knows.

So "the Lord over Brahma" is not above power, if above all by enlightenment of the perfect truth.

And when Brahma looked back on himself to see the truth, Brahma finally found the answer to his long-awaited mystery of why the Buddha was "the King over Brahma," for Brahma still saw the world, but the Buddha saw the truth, and when he saw the truth, the whole world could no longer hide the truth.
