When traveling, many people focus on views, beautiful rooms or locations, but there is another thing that should not be overlooked: privacy in the room, because there is a lot of news that tourists find cameras secretly filming in hotels, especially in the most safe rooms like the bedroom or bathroom.
Before every stay, try to check the room a little time to reduce the risk a lot.
📺 1.TV and set-top box
Sometimes a small camera may be hidden near a TV. Or in the vent of an electrical device. Notice if there is a small hole that looks unusual.

Some electrical devices can hide miniature cameras, especially lamps facing the bed, or power outlets in the entire room.

The simple trick many people use is
- Turn off the light and use your phone to look for a reflex lens.
- Notice the unusual little hole.
- Or use your hand to cover suspicious camera angles.
Most hotels are safe, but checking a room a little before staying will make the trip more comfortable.
