Here’s my easiest, all-time favorite: Thai basil rice 🧡

From this dish, you might guess where I’m from 😅

Prawn-Chicken Basil 🧡:

• Holy basil

• Prawn

• Minced chicken

• Garlic

• Dried chili

• Fresh chili

The most important step: stir-fry chicken with garlic & chili! Season it with oyster sauce and soy sauce, mix well, then add just a touch of dark soy sauce for color 🤎.

And finally, add the holy basil, and it’s done!

Disclaimer: Always use holy basil for that authentic taste! :)
