Low Calorie Snack

If you're anything like me, you prefer snacks over meals any time of the day. Obviously this isn't possible because that would be unhealthy but I have found ways to incorporate snacking into my calorie deficit diet. I typically tend to choose snacks that are very low in calories but have a higher protein content. By doing this, my snacks make me feel satisfied enough and decrease my need to snack throughout the day. One major key point to remember with weight loss is that it's due to a caloric deficit in your diet. As long as you stay within your deficit, you will be fine and even the times you don't, just try again the next meal. Get right back up. Let yourself have what you crave, just moderate how much. This is one of my go to snacks!! 👆👆 It's very low in calories but has protein and fat that keep my satisfied! Snacks low this are also good if you need an oral fixation. Spicy foods tend to help because the spice lingers and makes you constantly remember you're consuming it so it's not hard to overdue! And the times when I DON'T want to eat actual Hot Cheetos or don't have them, this does the trick honestly! Let me know what other food ideas you'd like to see!!!
