Sharing stories and challenges helps reduce feelings of loneliness and offers strategies for coping and healing. In my journey, I found that speaking openly about my experiences helped to mitigate the internal shame and confusion caused by trauma. Therapy, mindfulness practices, and developing a support system of understanding friends and professionals made a significant positive impact.
