I swam 5 miles in one day.
Im aware this challenge is to swim 5 miles in the entire month of June, but I wanted to challenge myself a bit more and swim all 5 miles in one day! I trained for 4 weeks and finished the 5 mile swim in 3 hours 43 minutes and 19 seconds. Consider participating or donating to American Cancer Society

How Im slowly repairing my postpartum core -15lbs♡
