Long-awaited Central Training Center! To Ibaraki with a Piyoran Bento
It's been 27 years. I became a training instructor.
i've always wanted to come to chuken. i'm finally here.
After all it's good. I'm happy to learn a lot of things.
When I was young, I was told that I was sassy even though I was a woman, or that I was a newcomer, and I was scolded by marriage, and when I changed jobs, I was fired for pregnancy, and even when I finally came back, I was stingy with my license even though I was a woman.
When I return to the company, I want to be a little of the instructor of the elderly training. I will do my best. And strive to aim for the next goal, the examiner, the proficiency instructor. It is still a male society, and if even one young man enters, female instructors will be put off. I will do my best without losing.
中央研修所での研修は、教習指導員としてのスキルアップだけでなく、新しい人間関係や学びの場として非常に貴重でした。私が持参した名古屋発の「ぴよりん弁当」は、ひよこ型のかわいらしい食べ物が入っていて、疲れた体と心を癒してくれました。箸袋には「創業大正十一年 松浦商店」と書かれており、その長い歴史にも感動しました。 また、新幹線の旅も印象的で、品川から勝田までの車窓に映る夕焼けは、これから始まる研修への期待と見事にマッチしていました。青いビブスに大きく「中央研修所」と書かれた番号「32」を身につけ、仲間と共に学ぶ安心感を得ることもできました。 女性指導員としての厳しい過去を胸に、今では会社の理解と支援のもと新たな目標である検定員や習熟指導員を目指し、充実した毎日を送っています。ぴよりん弁当のほっこりした味を楽しみながら、みなさんもぜひこの研修所体験に興味を持っていただければ嬉しいです。
