「ゲーム以外の遊び（室内）」って、準備が大変そうに見えて、実は“1つだけ仕込む”だけで雰囲気がガラッと変わります。義実家だとおもちゃを持ち込みにくいので、わが家 は「小さく持って行けるもの」「家にあるものでできるもの」を基準にしています。 まずおすすめは“シール遊び”。100均のシールブックや丸シールがあればOKで、机1つで静かに集中できます。小さい子は貼るだけ、年長〜小学生は「色で分ける」「台紙にストーリーを作る」など発展もできて、兄弟の年齢差があっても同じ場にいられるのが助かります。 次に、体を動かしたい子がいる日は「宝探し」。家の中（和室やリビング）に付せんでヒントを貼って、最後に小さなお菓子や折り紙を“宝物”にすると大盛り上がり。ルールも簡単で、ゲーム機みたいに取り合いになりにくいのが良かったです。 そして義実家ならではで強いのが「お手伝いを遊び化する食育」。台所で食器洗いの“泡立て選手権”にしたり、野菜を洗う係・並べる係など役割を渡すと、子どもが「参加してる感」を持てます。郷土料理（たとえばタコや煮物など）を一緒に見て、匂いをかいで、少し味見するだけでも立派な食育でした。 最後に、切り替えが難しいときは“タイマー作戦”が便利。最初に「ゲーム20分→みんな遊び20分→おやつ」のように順番を決めると、完全禁止にしなくても揉めにくくなりました。 ゲーム以外の室内遊びは、豪華な道具より「家族で同じ時間を過ごせる設計」がいちばん効くなと実感しています。義実家でもやりやすい遊び、ぜひ1つだけでも試してみてください。
