My high school son's lunch box is a sandwich every day.
Today, egg and cucumber sandwich 🥪
It was delicious to make with my lunch box, so I made it for my son ( 〃▽〃)

Every Wednesday is a morning lesson, so I got up early and made a sandwich 🥪
I was in the same high school as my son, but it was a job class of the general course, so I had nothing to do with morning supplement (￣ '～ ￣) ∴
My sister is in the same math department as my son, and I was talking to her on the phone the other day.
"Are you supplementing in the morning? Nostalgic! Summer is good, but in winter I go to school in dark hours..."

私も高校生の息子のお弁当作りを毎日続けていますが、サンドイッチは忙しい朝にぴったりで本当に重宝します。特に茹で玉子をマヨネーズで和えて胡瓜のスライスと一緒に挟むと、手軽なのに栄養バランスも良く、食べごたえもあっておすすめです。 自分自身が高校時代、普通科で就職クラスだったため朝補習とは無縁でしたが、息子は理数科で毎週水曜に補習があり早起きを強いられています。冬の暗い時間の登校は気が滅入ると妹も言っていましたが、親としてはなるべく栄養のある朝食・弁当を用意したいものです。 冷凍の唐揚げをおかずに入れるのも時短で助かっています。レンジで温めるだけでボリュームが出るので、お弁当の満足感がアップします。私の経験から言うと、パンにマスタードを薄く塗ることで味にアクセントが付き、飽きずに続けやすいです。 また、弁当と一緒にアイスグリーンティー（生茶）などの冷たいお茶を添えると、暑い季節もすっきりと楽しめます。 このように簡単に作れるサンドイッチ弁当は、高校生男子のお弁当作りに最適で、毎日忙しい朝でも手軽に栄養バランスを整えられるので、同じような悩みを持つお母さん達にもぜひおすすめしたいです。今後も季節に合わせた具材の工夫や早起きを続けて、息子の高校生活を応援していきたいと思います。
