川越で「老舗うなぎ」を探しているなら、東屋は“お店の空気ごと味わいたい日”にぴったりでした。入り口の暖簾をくぐって靴を脱ぐと、障子や木の廊下が続く昔ながらの日本家屋。古民家風というより“古民家そのもの”で、老舗旅館みたいに落ち着けます。「川越 うなぎ 老舗 店内」で雰囲気重視の人にも刺さると思います。 私が行った日は、事前に予約していてもお座敷の個室は埋まっていました。足元が気になる家族がいたので、テーブル席をお願いして正解。東屋は人気店なので、週末や観光シーズンは特に「予約必須」と体感しました。人数がいるときは、早めに希望（個室／テーブル）を伝えると安心です。 気になる「川越 東屋 メニュー」ですが、私たちは定番の上うな重を注文。ふたを開けた瞬間の香ばしさが最高で、タレは甘さ控えめの上品系。濃すぎないので最後まで食べやすく、肝吸いと漬物も付いて“セットの満足度”が高かったです。次は白焼きも追加したい…と本気で思いました。 「川越 東屋 コース」が気になる人は、記念日や家族会食の用途だと使いやすそう。店内が静かめで会話がしやすいので、ゆっくり食事したいときに向いています。実際、叔父夫婦も“おいしいね”と嬉しそうで、写真を撮る手が止まりませんでした。 駐車場は裏手に数台分あるものの、埋まっていることも多い 印象。私は周辺の寺社（喜多院や成田山あたり）に停める選択肢も頭に入れて行くのがおすすめです。川越は周辺にうなぎ屋さんも多いので迷いますが、「うなぎ 東屋」は味と雰囲気の両方で、ちょっとした贅沢にちょうどいい一軒でした。
