「Restaurant BALENA」は、鶴ヶ島の静かな住宅街にたたずむ一軒家イタリアンで、初訪問ながらその魅力にすっかり惹かれました。店先を彩る豊かな花と緑、そして絵本の中から出てきたかのような木製の扉は、入店前から期待が膨らみます。店内の吹き抜けから注ぐ心地よい日差しの中でのランチは、まさに心も身体もリラックスできる空間。 ランチコースではまず、自家製の柑橘系ドレッシングが際立つフレッシュなサラダに感動。さっぱりしていて、青々しい春の野菜にぴったりの味付けでした。パンに添えられたアンチョビガーリックソースは絶品で、ソースの味を楽しみたいがためについパンのおかわりをしてしまうほどです。このソースは自宅でも再現したくなりました。 また、博多産の地鶏の旨みを凝縮した特製ペーストを使ったふきのとうオイルパスタは、春の訪れを感じさせるほろ苦さと香りが絶妙です。ふきのとうの苦味を嫌味なく取り入れ、季節感をしっかり味わえたのも嬉しいポイントでした。キノコたっぷりのチーズリゾットは、しっかりアルデンテに仕上がり、キノコの風味が口いっぱいに広がります。どの料理も手間ひまかけられているのが伝わり、再訪を心から楽しみにしています。 スタッフの気遣いも素晴らしく、薬を用意した際にはすぐにお水を足してくれるなど細やかなおもてなしを感じました。春の暖かい日差しが戻ったら、ぜひお庭での食事も体験してみたいです。アクセス良好な駐車場完備のため、車での訪問にもおすすめです。鶴ヶ島で隠れ家的なイタリアンを探している方には、ぜひ一度訪れていただきたい素敵なお店です。
