丸広三重愛知物産展は、三重や愛知の地域色豊かな特産品やグルメが一堂に会する絶好の機会で、毎年多くの来場者が訪れる人気イベントです。私も妹と一緒に初めてこの物産展へ足を運び、特にお伊勢うどんとかき氷に惹かれて参加しました。 お伊勢うどんは、特徴的なとても柔らかい麺と甘辛い鰹だしが効いたたまり醤油ベースのタレが魅力の郷土料理です。一見すると濃い味付けに感じられますが、実際はまろやかで懐かしい味わい。旅人の疲れを癒すために考案されたという説には納得で、口当たりの優しい麺が心地よく、お出汁との調和が絶妙でした。私の好みはコシのあるうどんなので少し柔らかすぎると感じましたが、妹はとても気に入っており、二人で楽しくシェアできました。 かき氷は三重県紀伊長島の「のえる」さんが出展していて、特に加須産の白いいちじくを贅沢に使った一品が印象的。いちじくの果肉が氷の中にゴロゴロと入り、フレッシュで甘さ控えめ。純水をゆっくり凍らせることで氷が溶けにくく、最後まで美味しく味わえました。近年かき氷はサイズが大きくなりがちですが、こちらは適度なボリューム感でシェアしやすかったのも嬉しいポイントでした。 物産展では、松阪牛を使った弁当や名古屋コーチンの手羽先、赤福の和菓子など三重愛知の魅力的なグルメもたく さん並んでいました。今後も地域ならではの味を体験するために、こうした物産展へ足を運んでみたいと感じています。旅行気分を味わいながら、地元の人々が愛する味に触れることは、食文化への理解を深める貴重な機会になるでしょう。
