私も先日、chinois蓮歩の平日限定フカヒレランチコースをいただきましたが、本当に満足度が高かったです。 古民家をリノベーションしたお店の雰囲気は和と洋の調和が取れており、落ち着いて食事を楽しめました。特に印象的だったのは、チャイナメロンパンで、甘さと塩気の絶妙なバランスにチャーシューのごろっと感が加わり、これまでのメロンパンの概念が変わりました。 前菜の豆皿にひとつずつ盛り付けられた多彩な料理は、どれもメリハリのある味付けで見た目も美しく、食べる楽しさが膨らみました。 また、気仙沼産のフカヒレは濃厚なコクのあるソースとお米の相性が抜群で、切り落としとはいえこのクオリティと価格は驚きです。ランチコースでこんなに贅沢な食材に出会えるのはとても貴重です。 食後の杏仁豆腐は苦味がアクセントになっており、さっぱりとしつつも新鮮でまた食べたくなる味わいでした。 スタッフの方の心遣いも素晴らしく、帰りに大雨が降った際には傘を貸していただき、温かいサービスにほっこりしました。 さらに、ジャパニーズクラフトジンROKUやアイラウイスキー好きにはたまらないピーツビーストなど、お酒のセレクトもオリジナリティがあり、誕生日のお祝いにぴったり。 川越で特別な日に訪れたい、味・雰囲気・サービスが三拍子そろったおすすめの創作中華店です。家族や大切な人との時間を満喫できますよ。
