Completed all the magatama ordered from January
When I showed the five magatama that I made for the dedication to a certain shrine in the next box, I said that I wanted it too, so I made it, but when I showed the one in the middle of production, I said that the red should be darker, so I remade it.
If you thicken it, it won't harden.
After that, I remade it three times, but it still didn't harden on the way, so I hardened it with sunlight.
Yellow is a prototype this time.
I tried to make a magatama that specializes in fortune.
If it was yellow as a whole, it would be difficult to see the molted skin of the white snake, so Grade might have been better.
Kawagoe Kumano Jinja Shrine Zeniarai and it is completed.
勾玉は日本の伝統的なお守りとして古くから愛用されており、その形や色にはそれぞれ意味があります。今回のように神社への奉納用に特別に作られた勾玉は、祈願成就や運気向上を期待して贈られることが多いです。作成時に赤の色味が薄く感じられたり、硬化しづらい問題に直面した経験は私自身もあり、特に樹脂の種類や紫外線の照射時間、環境条件が固まり具合に影響を与えます。何度も作り直しを重ね、太陽光による自然な硬化に挑戦することで質感が向上したとのこと、非常に職人魂を感じます。金運に効果があるとされる黄色の勾玉は、中に「白蛇の脱皮した皮」をモチーフにした模様を入れるなど細かな工夫がされており、こういったこだわりがご利益にもつながると言われています。川越熊野神社の銭洗いは金運アップの儀式で知られており、その場で勾玉を浄化し完成させることで持ち主にも清浄なエネルギーが宿るのではないかと感じます。勾玉作りは手間と時間がかかるものですが、思い入れのあるアイテムを贈ることで相手との絆も深まる素晴らしい文化だと思います。今後も、自分用や大切な人へのプレゼントとして、勾玉の色やデザインにこだわりながら楽しんでみてはいかがでしょうか。
