浜松市の旧西区入野町にある「おダシと銀しゃり 中華そば 雲雀-hibari-」は、煮干しの旨味を最大限に活かしたド煮干しらぁ麺が自慢のお店です。私も訪問した際、最初にスープをひと口飲んだ瞬間、その豊かな煮干しの香りと驚くほどの深いコクに感動しました。一般的に煮干しのラーメンは好みが分かれることもありますが、こちらはクセが強すぎず万人に楽しめる味わい。一緒に注文したチャーシューまぶし丼は、そのままでも十分美味しいですが、店名の通り優しいダシをかけていただくとまた違った味わいに変 わり、最後まで飽きずに食べられました。唐揚げは薄衣のため非常にサクッとした食感で、中はふんわり柔らかく、秘伝のタレがしっかり染み込んでいるのでご飯が進みます。店内は清潔感があり、中央に調理場がある造りが寿司屋のような雰囲気で、とても落ち着いた空間。カウンター席とテーブル席があり、デートやゆっくり食事を楽しみたい方にぴったりです。営業時間はランチタイムと夜の二部制で、定休日なし、駐車場も完備しているためアクセスも良好です。気になる方は高塚駅から車で約8分なので、ぜひ訪れてみてください。友人からはつけ麺やレアチャーシュー丼も美味しいと聞いているので、次回の訪問時には挑戦してみたいと思います。浜松で煮干しラーメンをお探しの方には絶対におすすめしたいお店です。
