「雲雀 ラーメン（ラーメン 雲雀）」で検索して行く人向けに、私が行く前に知りたかったポイントを補足します。 まず、雲雀-hibari-は“ラーメン屋さん”というより、出汁の効いたスープと銀しゃり（ご飯もの）も一緒に楽しめるお店、という印象でした。店内は清潔感があって落ち着いていて、中央に調理場があるのでカウンターでも雰囲気が良いです。ガヤガヤしにくい空気感なので、ひとりでも入りやすいし、軽いデートにも使いやすいと思います。 今回の目当ては期間限定の「排骨担々麺」。写真で見た通り、白い丼にサクサクの排骨、青ネギ、赤みのある旨辛スープが映えて、運ばれてきた瞬間テンションが上がります。スープは濃厚ゴマ系でコクが強め。そこにスパイスの辛さが乗ってくるタイプなので、“ただ辛いだけ”じゃなく、旨みで押してくる担々麺でした。レンゲでスープをすくうと、ひき肉やラー油が混ざった濃い色味で、最後まで飽きにくいのも良かったです。 排骨は衣がサクサクで香ばしく、噛むとジュワッと肉汁が出る感じ。担々スープに浸して食べると、食感とコクが一気に増して満足度が上がります。ボリュームもあるので、「今日はガッツリ食べたい」日に刺さる一杯だと思いました。 一緒に頼むなら、個人的には「チャーシューまぶし丼」推しです。そのまま食べてから、途中で出汁をかけて味変できるので、ラーメンと合わせても最後まで楽しい。わさびや海苔、ネギが添えてあるのも地味に嬉しくて、口の中がリセットされます。 アクセス面は、入野町エリアで高塚駅から車で約8分、駐車場あり。支払いは現金のみ（カード・電子マネー・QR決済不可）なので、行く前にお財布だけ注意すると安心です。期間限定は終了日が決まっていることもあるので、狙いのメニューがある人は、来店前に最新情報をチェックしてから行くのがおすすめです。
