東京スカイツリー周辺は観光スポットとして知られるだけでなく、落ち着いた雰囲気の中でゆったり癒される場所が意外と多いです。とくにすみだ水族館は、都心にありながら平日の訪問なら混雑を避けて じっくり楽しめる穴場スポットだと感じました。入り口のクラゲの展示は特に人気で、ふわふわと漂う様子に癒される時間が大切だと実感。巨大水槽前にある椅子に座って魚たちを眺めながら過ごす時間は、忙しい日常から離れて心身をリセットするのにぴったりです。 また、水族館を楽しんだ後は東京スカイツリーの展望台にも足を運びたくなりますが、下の階にあるLOOK UP CAFEでのスイーツやコーヒータイムもおすすめです。スカイツリークレープと抹茶ラテの組み合わせは、ほっと一息つくのに最適。加えて注目したいのが「グランドカステラ」の台湾カステラで、特に大きなピーナッツバター餅は見た目のインパクトがあり購入時に迷うほど。ですが、食べ歩きサイズならケーキ程度の大きさで気軽に楽しめます。週替わりのフレーバーも魅力的で、訪れるたびに違った味を試せる点がまた嬉しいです。 歩き疲れた時のおやつとしてはもちろん、友人とのシェアや手土産にも喜ばれそう。私も次はピーナッツバター餅をぜひ味わいたいと思っています。総じて、14000歩の散策の中で美味しく食べて楽しむ「デブ活デー」は心身ともに満たされる充実した体験でした。東京スカイツリーエリアを訪れる際は、観光とグルメ、癒しの時間を組み合わせてぜひ満喫してみてください。
