I went to Rikord in Yamanashi City, Yamanashi Prefecture 💨

At this shop, you can enjoy healthy fermented food using handmade gelato and koji ✨

This time, I had a hamburger steak with koji tofu stewed with tomato cheese, a fresh pasta (cream pasta with spinach and pancetta), three kinds of dolce plates (strawberry chiffon cake, mille-feuille, gelato), and a seasonal parfait (strawberry mille-feuille ~ a treasure chest of happiness) 😆

I wanted to eat strawberry parfait, but all of them were really delicious 😋
