「鑑賞石 種類」で探している人って、宝石として高価なものよりも、眺めて癒されたり、お守り感覚で身近に置けたりする“石の世界の入口”を知りたいことが多い気がします。私も最初はショップでただキラキラを眺めるだけだったのに、少しずつ種類が分かると選ぶ時間そのものが楽しくなりました。 まず鑑賞石の“種類”を見分けるときのポイントは3つです。 1) 色と透明感：同じ系統の色でも、透明〜半透明〜不透明で印象が変わります。クォーツ（水晶）は透明感が魅力で、アメジストは紫の濃淡、ローズクォーツはふんわりしたピンクの乳白感が目印。 2) 模様・内包物：ラピスラズリは深い青に金色の粒（パイライト）が混ざることがあり、“夜空みたい”と感じたら候補に。アベンチュリンは落ち着いたグリーンで、細かなきらめきが見えるものもあります。 3) 形（原石/タンブル/クラスター）：同じ石でも見え方がガラッと変わります。部屋に置いて「小さなパワースポット」にしたいなら原石やクラスター、持ち歩きやすさ重視ならタンブルやアクセサリーが選びやすいです。 代表的な鑑賞石（クリスタル）としては、記事内にも出てきたローズクォーツ、アメジスト、クォーツ、ラピスラズリ、シトリン、アベンチュリンが“最初の6種類”にぴったり。どれも入手しやすく、色が分かりやすいので、鑑賞石ビギナーでも違いを楽しめます。 選び方は「直感」と「目的」の2ルートがおすすめです。私は迷ったらまず直感で“目が離せない一石”を触ってみて、次に目的（落ち着きたい/前向きになりたい/お守りが欲しい等）で候補を絞ります。直感で選ぶと、後から意味を調べたときに驚くほど今の自分に刺さることがあって面白いです。 そして意外と大事なのが“浄化”の習慣。石も毎日触れているとくたっとした感じになることがあるので、私は次の3つを使い分けています。 ・月光浴：満月に限らずOK。窓辺に置いて一晩休ませると、翌朝すっきりした印象。 ・セージ（煙）：短時間で空気ごと切り替わる感覚があって、気分転換にも。 ・水晶クラスター：アクセサリーや小粒の石の定位置として便利。帰宅したら“戻す場所”を作ると続きます。 鑑賞石は、正解を覚えるというより「整える・強める・守る」という感覚で、今の自分に合う相棒を見つけるのがいちばん楽しいところ。気になった種類を1つだけ選んで、まずは毎日眺めたり触れたりして、石との距離を近づけてみてください。
