Hello, I am a hill tribe born in Thailand. Legally and humanely, it is called (stateless person) or a person who has fallen from a registered survey. I am a hill tribe from birth. My parents and sisters still live there. I have been working in Saraburi for many years. Some people are good and some are not good. I am stateless. It is normal for people to look at my aunt or treat her badly. (Laughter)
I like this place. I have been here for a long time. It is not difficult to live because I have an alien passport (not a common passport). But it is used for identification of people without Thai nationality. When this card expires, I only have to apply for a new book. I cannot renew it in the original book. I may waste my time. (Laughter)

The interviewee is a person born in Thailand, but they are a tribe of people and are not certified as Thai nationals because they have fallen from surveys and government registries and are in stateless status, which is considered by Thai law to be a person without Thai nationality, even if born in Thailand.
Interviewees receive a card or identification document for persons without Thai nationality, which is used to travel and present their identity as required by law. But the document does not confer Thai citizenship, it is only evidence issued by the state to certify their status and facilitate living in Thailand. Thus, legally, the interviewee has the status of an alien or stateless person, not a Thai citizen.
Nationality principle
Nationality is a legal relationship between a person and a state that constitutes the legal rights and obligations of that state. Thailand establishes the principle of nationality in the Nationality Act 1965 and as amended, primarily by means of inheritance, and provides citizenship by territorial principle only if required by law.
In the case of the interviewee, although born in Thailand but not granted Thai citizenship because they do not enter legal conditions and do not have registration status, they are stateless.
Main domicile
Domicile, defined as a place where a person is primarily resident or ordinarily residing, is used as a criterion for determining several legal rights, duties and jurisdiction.
According to the interview, the interviewee was born in Thailand and has now lived and engaged in trade in Saraburi Province for many years. It is considered to have domicile or residence in Thailand, even if there is no Thai nationality. The domicile is not the primary determination of nationality, but the primary determination of certain rights and duties by law.
การเป็นคนไร้สัญชาติในประเทศไทยเป็นเรื่องที่มีผลกระทบต่อชีวิตประจำวันอย่างมาก โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในเรื่องของสิทธิ์ในการเข้าถึงบริการต่างๆ เช่น สาธารณสุข การศึกษา และการจ้างงาน แม้ว่าผู้ที่ไม่มีสัญชาติจะเกิดในประเทศไทยและอาศัยอยู่ที่นี่เป็นเวลานาน แต่การไม่ได้รับสัญชาติไทยทำให้พวกเขาต้องเผชิญกับข้อจำกัดหลายประการ จากประสบการณ์ของผู้ถูกสัมภาษณ์ที่เป็นชนเผ่าชาวเขาและคนไร้สัญชาติที่ทำงานค้าขายในจังหวัดสระบุรี พบว่าผู้ที่ไม่มีสัญชาติมักถูกมองและปฏิบัติแตกต่างกันไปในสังคม บางคนมีความเข้าใจและช่วยเหลือ แต่บางครั้งก็เจอการเลือกปฏิบัติ ซึ่งส่งผลต่อความรู้สึกของผู้ไม่มีสัญชาติอย่างไม่อาจปฏิเสธได้ เอกสารประจำตัวสำหรับคนไร้สัญชาติ เช่น หนังสือเดินทางคนต่างด้าว ถือเป็นสิ่งจำเป็นที่ช่วยให้สามารถใช้ชีวิตในประเทศไทยได้ง่ายขึ้น เพราะช่วยยืนยันตัวตนและสิทธิ์ในการดำเนินกิจกรรมบางอย่าง แต่ก็ยังไม่เทียบเท่ากับสัญชาติไทย สิ่งนี้จึงทำให้ผู้ถือเอกสารเหล่านี้ยังคงมีข้อจำกัดในหลายๆ ด้าน เช่น การเลือกตั้ง หรือการเข้าถึงสิทธิประโยชน์บางประเภท ในแง่กฎหมาย พระราชบัญญัติสัญชาติของไทยนั้นยึดหลักสืบสายโลหิตเป็นหลักสำคัญ ดังนั้น แม้จะเกิดในประเทศไทย แต่ถ้าพ่อแม่ไม่ใช่คนไทยและไม่มีการจดทะเบียนตัวในระบบทะเบียนราษฎร ผู้ที่เกิดมาก็อาจไม่ได้รับสัญชาติไทย ซึ่งนำไปสู่ปัญหาคนไร้สัญชาติ ซึ่งถือเป็นประเด็นที่รัฐต้องพิจารณาอย่างรอบคอบเพื่อปกป้องและให้โอกาสแก่ประชากรกลุ่มนี้ นอกจากนี้ภูมิลำเนาหรือถิ่นที่อยู่ก็เป็นเรื่องสำคัญ เพราะเป็นหลักฐานบ่งชี้ว่าผู้ที่ไม่มีสัญชาติยังมีความผูกพันกับประเทศไทยและพยายามมีชีวิตที่ดีในสังคมนี้ แม้ว่าจะไม่ได้รับสัญชาติก็ตาม สิ่งนี้ช่วยให้ผู้ไม่มีสัญชาติได้เข้าถึงบางสิทธิ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพำนักและการทำงาน จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว ผู้ไม่มีสัญชาติชนเผ่าชาวเขาที่อยู่ในสระบุรีต้องเผชิญกับข้อจำกัดในการต่ออายุเอกสารและการเดินทาง แต่ด้วยความมุ่งมั่นและใจรักในชุมชนที่มาอาศัยอยู่ ความพยายามใช้ชีวิตและทำงานเพื่อความมั่นคงในชีวิตก็เป็นสิ่งที่น่าชื่นชมและสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความหวังและพลังในชีวิตของพวกเขาอย่างแท้จริง
