私が行った「自家焙煎珈琲みじんこ」（湯島）は、“プリンが有名なカフェ”として検索してたどり着く人が多いと思います。結論、プリン目的で行っても満足度が高く、コーヒーもちゃんと主役級でした。 まず名物の「プリン」は、1段と2段が選べます。写真だと大きく見えるけど、実物は意外と上品サイズ。お腹に余裕があるなら2段がちょうどよく感じました。特徴は「もっちり」とした新食感で、一般的な固めプリンの“むっちり”とも、なめらかプリンの“とろっ”とも違うタイプ。表面がキャラメリゼされていて香ばしさがあり、そこにコーヒーカラメルをかけると、甘さが締まって大人っぽい味になります。 ドリンクは「急冷アイスコーヒー」を合わせました。甘いプリンの後味をすっと整えてくれて相性◎。店名の通り自家焙煎なので、コーヒー目的の人が多いのも納得でした。 「みじんこ メニュー」が気になる方向けに、店内の黒板メニューもチェック。スイーツはプリン以外にも、ホットケーキやセミフレッド、みじパイ、季節限定ドリンクなどが並んでいて迷います。フードはサンドイッチ系が充実していて、平日限定のランチセットの案内も見かけました。私がいた時間帯もサンドを頼んでいる方が多く、“カフェ利用＋軽食”にも使いやすい印象です。 利用面のポイントは、席でQRを読み取ってオーダーするスタイルなこと。混雑時でも店員さんを呼ぶストレスが少なくて楽でした。平日に伺った時は入店自体はスムーズでしたが、店内はほぼ埋まっていたので、確実に行きたい日は事前に席予約できるか確認しておくと安心です。 「みじんこ 湯島」で迷っているなら、まずは“2段プリン＋急冷アイスコーヒー”の組み合わせが個人的な定番。次回はランチセット（サンド系）も一緒に楽しむつもりです。
