「二度付け禁止」って聞くと、初めての人は少し緊張するかも。私も最初は「間違えたらどうしよう…」と思ったのですが、ルール自体はすごくシンプルでした。 まず基本は、共用のソース容器に“串をもう一度入れない”こと。ひと口かじった串をソースに戻すと、衛生的にNGだからなんですね。なので私は、最初の一回でしっかりソースをまとわせる派。衣がサクッとしているので、ソースのりも良くて一度でも満足感があります。 「でも途中でソース足したくなる…」って時の対策もあって、私はキャベツを活用しました。キャベツをソースにつけて、串カツの上にちょんちょんと乗せると、二度付けせずに味の調整ができて便利。家族や友だちと行っても、この方法なら気まずさゼロです。 そして嬉しかったのが、心斎橋店は“二度漬け禁止ソース”を注文できるところ。共用ソースが苦手な人でも、個別容器なら安心して使えるので、衛生面を気にする派にはかなり助かると思います。旅行中って何かと気を遣うので、こういう選択肢があるだけで気持ちがラクでした。 味のイメージとしては、甘辛でコクのある大阪らしいソース。揚げたての串カツに合うのはもちろん、白飯おにぎりとも相性が良くて、私は「炭水化物×揚げ物×ソース」の背徳感をしっかり楽しみました。あと、途中で食べた鶏スープ麺が良い箸休めになって、最後までおいしく食べられたのも推しポイント。 これから大阪で「串カツ 二度付け禁止」を体験するなら、最初に覚えるのは“串は一回だけ”と“キャベツで調整”の2つ。心斎橋のだるまなら、ミニチュア電車で運ばれてくる演出もあって写真も撮りたくなるので、観光のごはん候補に入れて損なしです。
