・ Rice 1 / 2 cup
・ 400 ml of water (5 times more boiling)
· Komatsuna 3 bundles
・ Shirasu 30g
A pinch of natural salt
★ We recommend "Nuchimasu" for salt!
There are no additives, the salt content is 25% lower than common salt, and it is full of minerals!

1. Finely chop the leaves of Komatsuna
2. Blanch the shirasu to remove salt
3. Put all the ingredients in the rice cooker

同じ「小松菜×しらす」でも、月齢や食べ方で悩みどころが変わりますよね。私も最初は「しらすって塩分大丈夫？」「後期の量ってどのくらい？」が気になって、いろいろ試しながら落ち着いたポイントをメモします。 ■しらすの塩抜き、どれくらいする？ しらすは商品によって塩分が違うので、私は基本「湯通し」をルーティンにしています。小鍋でお湯を沸かしてサッと10〜20秒くぐらせ、ザルにあげて水気をしっかり切るだけ。時間がない日は、耐熱皿にしらす＋お湯を注いで1分置いてから湯切りでもOKでした。塩抜きすると味が落ち着いて、赤ちゃんも食べやすそうです。 ■月齢別の“形状”の目安（中期〜完了期） ・離乳食中期（7〜8ヶ月）：しらすは刻む／小松菜は葉先中心に細かく。おかゆは粒が少し残るくらい。 ・離乳食後期（9〜11ヶ月）：しらすは粗みじんでもOK。小松菜は繊維が気になるので、葉は細かめ＋茎は少量から。 ・完了期（12〜18ヶ月）：食べ慣れたら小松菜の量を増やしたり、しらすを少し大きめにして噛む練習に。 ■離乳食後期の「しらすの量」どうしてる？ 私の感覚では、後期は“たんぱく源として小さじ1〜2くらいから様子見”が安心でした（食べる量や他のたんぱく質との兼ね合いで調整）。同じ日に豆腐や肉・魚をしっかり食べている日は、しらすを少なめにしてバランスを取ることが多いです。 ■赤ちゃんの食塩相当量が心配なときのコツ 「味付けしない」よりも、しらすの塩分を減らすのが一番効きました。湯通し＋、味付けは基本なし。どうしても風味が欲しいときは、塩ではなく“だし（昆布やかつお）”を薄めに使うと満足感が出やすいです。 ■炊飯器で作るときの失敗しにくい工夫 ・小松菜は葉を中心に（茎が多いと繊維感が出やすい） ・炊けたら一度よく混ぜて、とろみを均一にする ・食べにくそうなら、食べる分だけブレンダーで軽く調整 ■冷凍ストックのコツ（味と食感が落ちにくい） 炊けたら粗熱を取って、製氷皿や小分け容器へ。私は1回量ずつにしておくと“朝の一品”がすごく楽でした。解凍後に水分が飛んで固くなったら、お湯やだしを少し足すと戻りやすいです。 小松菜で鉄分、しらすでカルシウムやたんぱく質…この組み合わせは本当に頼れました。食べムラがある日も「今日は一口でもOK」の気持ちで、続けやすい形にしていくのがいちばんだなと感じています。
