◼️ Tara risotto
Children who do not eat fish!

・ Rice 1 / 2 cup
400 ml of water
2 slices of cod
・ 2 Chinese cabbage
・ Shimeji mushroom 1 / 4 stock
・ 1 / 2 onion
・ 1 / 2 carrot
・ 1 teaspoon of onion koji (🙆♀️)
(1 / 2 teaspoon baby consommé)
★ Tomato risotto
・ 1 / 2 tomato paste
★ Miso Cream Risotto
Soy milk (milk) 100ml
・ A pinch of miso

1. Put the cod in a heat-resistant container, wrap it lightly, and heat it in a 600W range for 1 minute
2. Remove skin and bones (discard water)
3. Chop the vegetables and chop the cod in a food processor.
4. Put all the ingredients in a rice cooker and cook in porridge mode (if not, cook normal rice)
5. Crush the carrots with a masher
6. Set aside half and mix tomato paste
7. Mix the remaining soy milk and miso heated in a 600W range for 1 and a half minutes

When freezing as stock, you can leave it as it is when cooking if you heat it when thawing 🙆♀️

1. First, heat the cod in the microwave to make it easier to remove the skin and bones!
2. If you don't cover it, the meat may scatter, so be careful 🙏
3. Throw away the water that comes out during heating as it may be stingy!
4. If you don't have a food processor or chopper, chop it!
5. I'm using onion koji, but you don't have to use half the amount of baby consomme or eat it lightly 🙆♀️
