· Komatsuna 3 bundles (only the leaf part)
· Tuna can (boiled in water) 1
Rice (soft rice) 180g
2 eggs
★ If the taste of the canned tuna is light, add seasoning! Taste it when mixed ✊
・ Bonito flakes 1 bag
・ 1 / 2 teaspoon soy sauce

1. Cut the leaves of Komatsuna into small pieces
2. Lightly wrap in a heat-resistant container and heat in a 600W range for 2 minutes (no need for water if there is washed water)
3. Finely chop the komatsuna
4. Mix all the ingredients
5. Put it in a heat-resistant container and heat it in a 600W range for 3 minutes
