1. Remove salt from shirasu with boiling water
2. Wash the potatoes well, wrap them in plastic wrap and heat them in a 600W microwave for 3 to 4 minutes.
3. Prepare and heat broccoli
4. Crush the potatoes on a frying pan and peel them
5. Put all the ingredients in a frying pan and roll them up
6. Bake on both sides over medium heat
