・ 1 eggplant
・ 100g minced meat
Half an onion
1 / 4 of enoki mushroom
100 ml of water
· 2 teaspoons of powdered soup stock
・ 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of miso
★ Please adjust the amount with the soup stock you usually use!

1. Peel the eggplant, chop it, soak it in water and remove the lye for about 5 minutes
2. Put water, soup stock and minced meat in a frying pan and heat over low to medium heat.
3. Chop the onion
4. Place eggplant and onion in a heat-resistant container and heat in a 600W microwave for 3 minutes
5. When the minced meat is cooked, add "4," soy sauce and enoki mushrooms and fry
6. Season with miso to finish

1. Minced meat becomes soft by loosening it with water!
2. Adding enoki makes it thicker ✌️
3. Adding miso at the end will improve the flavor 🫶

1. Cut the onion along the streaks, change the direction and cut it in layers to chop it efficiently! ✨
2. Onions and eggplants are heated firmly by pretreating them in the microwave, and they are soft and save time!
3. Put the enoki mushrooms directly with scissors (I cut onions and eggplants this time, so I may cut them together at that 🤔)
4. If you cover it, it will cook quickly!
