Does anyone have any meal planning ideas?

I’m allergic to nuts including coconut so it can’t be anything with those 😅😢

I’m going to be a sophomore in college in the fall & I have an on campus apartment so I’m gonna be cooking some but I need some recommendations/suggestions for meal plans. Thanks!
