Age: Long life expectancy, healthy body, disease-free.

Sukha: Be happy physically, at ease, without suffering or frustration in the mind.
Physical education: Have strong exercise, steadfast encouragement to create virtues and surpass all obstacles.
Prospect: Be wise, enlightened in Dharma, and resourceful in solving problems successfully.
