I just graduated high school and I’ve been working at Ulta for a minute now (just hit a year!) so let’s get real about what it’s like $$ wise When I first got hired, I started at $17.25/hr as a Beauty Advisor. Not too bad for retail—especially with the employee discount which lowkey is the best
