Recipe đđ Yuri Yamamoto "Kokuuma Pork Belly Curry"đâš
I made Yuri Yamamoto's "Koku Uma Pork Belly Curry" for dinner last night!!
In a heat-resistant bowl, cut the ingredients and put them in the microwave for 15 minutes đ
In the meantime, I made a "refreshing marinade of cucumber and tomato" because I could do something else.
Dinner made without fire because it's hot... đđŠđ
Make it because it was so good đđ
â Material â
ă» Onion...1 piece
Pork belly (thinly sliced)...About 250 g
· Solid curry roux...4 pieces (1 / 2 box of Golden Curry I had at home)
A water...About 500ml (450ml for 12 pieces in a box such as Vermont)
A ketchup, Worcestershire sauce...About 1 spoon for each table (It seems that it is good to have it for the taste đ)
A tube of grated garlic, grated ginger...About 2 cm each. It seems to be okay without it.
I grated at least this much and put it in!!
Hot rice
â How to make â
1. Slice the onion as thinly as possible. Cut the pork into easy-to-eat lengths.
2. Put 1 and A in a large heat-resistant bowl (capacity 1500ml) (put the roux as it is), gently wrap it, open both ends, and microwave it at 600W for about 15 minutes.
3. Mix and it's done!!
As Yuri Yamamoto's one point advice, once cooled, it becomes thicker and more delicious.
When there is a lot of water, remove the wrap and heat for an additional 3-4 minutes to boil down.
On the contrary, if it is too thick, it is OK if you add hot water and extend it.
It can also be made with minced meat, beef or chicken thighs.
In the sense that I made it, I thought that it became a đ curry because it was pork belly!!
Nor did the meat harden đ
I recommend it âš
