Having 2 under 2 doesn’t always give me a lot of time to get my work out in so I get it in where I can. I love using the sesh app for workouts at home. I’m currently doing strength x Pilates by sesh in the mornings (4:30am baby) & fit in 30 by sesh at the gym before I have to pick up my kiddos.
