A Poem For November:

The last red leaves of autumn cling to the trees,

As a chill wind whispers through the branches,

The sun, a pale coin in the sky,

Sheds little warmth on the browning grasses.

The air grows still, the nights lengthen early,

A hush falls over the land,

As if the earth has drawn a breath,

To prepare for winter's hand.

Yet, this quiet holds a beauty all its own,

In the bareness, the stark, clean lines,

In the promise of rest and the coming snow,

A hidden strength in these fading signs.

So we turn inward, and gather our peace,

To watch as the year sinks into slumber,

For in November's quiet, we find a solace,

And wait for the spring, a numberless number.

... Read moreNovember is often considered a time for introspection and preparation as nature begins to slow down and the year draws to a close. This transitional month invites us to embrace growth not just in the physical sense but emotionally and spiritually as well. The poem's imagery of the last red leaves clinging to trees and the chilling winds gently reminds us of the impermanence of life’s seasons, encouraging acceptance and gratitude. During November, many cultures practice gratitude through celebrations like Thanksgiving, reinforcing the poem's hashtags #BeGratefulBeThankful and #HaveABlessDay. This month offers a unique opportunity to nurture your health by slowing down and focusing on self-care as the environment outside becomes stark and quiet. Cultivating prosperity in November also means fostering patience and planning for the future as the natural world prepares for rest. The phrase "embrace life's journey" underlines the importance of cherishing every stage of life, including moments of stillness and challenge. Health experts often advise that embracing a calm, reflective mindset in November can boost mental well-being during the darker months ahead. This is a perfect time to gather peace, as the poem suggests, encouraging readers to turn inward and find comfort and resilience in the cycle of the seasons. The recurring message from the accepted OCR content, highlighting "A TIME FOR GROWTH. EMBRACE LIFE'S JOURNEY. NURTURE YOUR HEALTH. CULTIVATE PROSPERITY. AND CHERISH LOVE," authentically connects with the poem's themes and invites readers to live intentionally throughout November. This holistic approach to the month's energy helps create balance during a time when nature seems to pause but life’s inner rhythms continue to evolve. Ultimately, November invites us to appreciate the beauty in what is fading and to prepare ourselves with hope and strength for the new beginnings that spring will bring. This poem and its underlying messages serve as a heartfelt reminder to cherish love, nurture well-being, and cultivate gratitude during this soulful month.

It was believed that the most beautiful women, goddesses, were to have fuller figures and round faces. Look at any statue of Aphrodite and she has a tummy, round cheeks, and often a softer double chin 🫀 The goddess in the first slide was exactly that, a goddess, rolls and thighs, and all 🥰 #godd
