This past week, I’ve had to work on mindset.
My biggest shift?
Realizing abundance and wealth aren’t just about money.
💡 Wealth is living on your terms.
It’s sleeping well.
It’s having the freedom to slow down.
It’s nourishing your body, not punishing it.
It’s real connection with family, not just constant productivity.
It’s saying no without guilt.
It’s building a life that doesn’t drain you.
I used to measure abundance by how hard I was working or how much I was making.
Now I know to measure it by how free I feel.
Abundance and wealth are often narrowly defined by monetary success, but true abundance encompasses much more than financial gain. It involves cultivating a lifestyle that prioritizes personal freedom, well-being, and meaningful relationships. This mindset shift reflects a holistic view of wealth, where being abundant means having the liberty to live life at your own pace and to nurture your mental and physical health. Living abundantly includes sleeping well, nourishing your body with care rather than restriction, and having the freedom to slow down from the constant demands of productivity. It means building deep, authentic connections with family and loved ones, which contribute to emotional richness that money alone cannot buy. Moreover, part of this abundance is the empowerment to say no without guilt, setting healthy boundaries that protect your energy and happiness.
