- AI is not taking over UX / UI, but it is pushing this line to grow.

⚠️# SurvivorIt is not the most beautiful UI, but the person who understands the deepest, most sensitive and uses AI the smartest.

🎤 [2] How has the UX / UI line changed?

.

- Don't be afraid of AI. - If it works, it helps to run faster and smarter.

- People who work "wait for orders" or follow the same formula will be difficult to survive.

- Software is changing much faster than before. We need to know how AI will help our Workflow.

- No need to stick to position or line name. What matters is the value we create.

🎤 [3] What skills are most needed?

.

- A world where productions are recurring, people will look for more "humanity."

- The ability to create a link between productions and users.

- Craft skills are everyone's basis, but the real dominant skill is the AI reef.

- Understand both users and understand how to order AI to work as required.

🎤 [4] What do organizations expect from candidates?

.

- Look for someone who is open-minded, sensitive, doesn't stick to the same way.

- Not enough beautiful UI to hit the problem.

- Must be ready for change. The project changes quickly. Must adapt quickly.

- Find your strengths and communicate to answer organizational problems.

🎤 [5] How to increase the adjustment skill?

.

- Develop "broad and deep" knowledge like a comb. - Not one-sided knowledge.

- Stop ignoring new Tools and choose only what optimizes them.

- Adapt the way you think about work, such as making a new design system.

- When working faster, there will be more time → better attention to details

🎤 [6] Measure readiness for the future from what?

.

- No one is 100% ready, but must be ready to "adapt" all the time.

- The future is faster than expected, but if Keep Learning never loses its job,

- Enjoy learning. Knowledge will connect with each other when the time comes.

- Find your own father and aptitude and stand out.
