ถ้าใครกำลังลังเลว่า “Figma Make vs Stitch AI” ควรเลือกใช้อะไรดี เราลองสรุปแบบเข้าใจง่ายจากมุมคนทำงาน UX/UI นะ (เพราะหลายคนเริ่มรู้สึกกดดันว่า AI ทำ UI สวยและเร็วมาก) 1) ภาพรวม: เครื่องมือสองตัวนี้ช่วย “ความเร็ว” แต่คนยังต้องคุม “เหตุผล” Stitch AI เด่นเรื่องการ generate หน้าจอให้ดูใกล้งานจริงเร็วมาก เหมาะกับตอนที่ต้องการไอเดีย/หน้าตา UI หลาย ๆ แบบ หรืออยากได้ mockup ไว ๆ เพื่อคุยกับทีม ส่วนฝั่ง Figma (รวมถึงฟีเจอร์ใหม่ ๆ อย่าง Make ที่หลายคนพูดถึง) จุดแข็งคือการทำงานใน workflow ของ Figma อยู่แล้ว ทั้ง component, auto layout, design system, handoff ให้ dev และ collaboration ในทีม 2) ต่างกันตรง “งานที่ต่อยอดได้” - Stitch AI: เหมาะกับการเริ่มต้นจากศูนย์ หรือโยน prompt แล้วได้หลายหน้าจอเร็ว ๆ แต่สิ่งที่ต้องเช็กคือโครงสร้าง/flow/สถานะของหน้าจอ (error, empty, loading) มักยังไม่ครบตามชีวิตจริง - Figma (Make/ในระบบ Figma): เหมาะกับทีมที่มี design system และต้อง “จัดระเบียบ” งานให้ใช้ต่อได้จริง เช่น ใช้ component เดิม, คุม spacing, token, และสร้างไฟล์ที่ส่งต่อได้ 3) ถ้าถามว่าอะไรทำ MVP ได้ไวกว่า? ส่วนตัวมองว่า Stitch AI ช่วย “เห็นภาพ” ของ MVP ไวมาก โดยเฉพาะตอนยังไม่ชัวร์ direction แต่ถ้า MVP นั้นต้องเอาไป iterate ต่อหลายรอบ ทำงานเป็นทีม และต้องคุมมาตรฐาน UI ให้เหมือนกันทั้งแอป—Figma จะคุ้มกว่า เพราะจัดการระบบและการแก้ไขภายหลังง่ายกว่า 4) เช็กลิสต์ก่อนเอา UI ที่ AI สร้างไปใช้จริง (สำคัญมาก) - ตอบโจทย์ผู้ใช้ไหม: ใครคือ user? task หลักคืออะไร? หน้าจอนี้ช่วยให้ทำงานเสร็จเร็วขึ้นจริงไหม - ตอบโจทย์ธุรกิจไหม: CTA ถูกที่ไหม, conversion path ชัดไหม, ข้อมูลสำคัญถูกเน้นหรือเปล่า - Flow ใช้งานโอเคไหม: ผู้ใช้จะหลงทางไหม, มีทางย้อนกลับไหม, สถานะต่าง ๆ ครบไหม - Usability พื้นฐาน: ขนาดตัวอักษรอ่านง่าย, contrast ผ่าน, ปุ่มกดได้จริงบนมือถือ, ระยะห่างไม่แน่นเกิน 5) วิธีใช้ให้เวิร์ก (แนะนำจากประสบการณ์) - ใช้ Stitch AI สำหรับ “ทางเลือก” และ “แรงบันดาลใจ”: ขอหลาย variations แล้วเลือกสิ่งที่เข้ากับโจทย์ - กลับมาจัดระเบียบใน Figma: ปรับให้เข้ากับ grid, ทำเป็น component, ใส่ auto layout, ผูกกับ design system - อย่าข้ามขั้น UX: ก่อน finalize ให้ทำ user flow สั้น ๆ หรือ wireframe คร่าว ๆ เพื่อกันหลงทาง สรุปคือ AI ทำให้ “ทำสวย” ง่ายขึ้นมาก แต่ความต่างของนักออกแบบจะอยู่ที่การตั้งคำถาม วิเคราะห์ปัญหา และตัดสินใจด้วยเหตุผล ถ้าใช้ Figma + Stitch AI เป็นเครื่องมือเสริม แล้วเราเป็นคนคุม UX เอง งานจะเร็วขึ้นและคุณค่าของเราจะชัดขึ้นกว่าเดิม
